Refund policy

-Single Arrangements and Gift Orders:  Cancellations requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pick-up date may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee of up to 50% of the order total to cover material costs.

-Event Floral Arrangements:  Due to the custom nature of event orders, cancellations require a minimum of 7 days’ notice for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the event may incur a fee of up to 80% of the order total to cover preparation and sourcing costs.

– We take great pride in the quality of our arrangements. If you receive an order that does not meet our quality standards after receive within 1 hours, we will work with you to address the issue.

– If flowers arrive damaged or in poor condition, we will offer a replacement arrangement or a store credit of equal value.

– All floral courses and workshop bookings are non-refundable but may be transferable if notice is given at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled time.

– Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
